Late Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policies
The Skin Studio Inc. respectfully requires 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment to avoid paying a $25 fee. For your convenience, you will receive an appointment reminder 72 hours prior to your booking. However, if you do not receive an automatic appointment reminder, you are solely responsible for calling the clinic to communicate the change in your schedule.
If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours or less, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be subject to a $50 fee at your next booking.
We appreciate your understanding as last minute cancellations negatively impact our business.
Product, Pre-Purchased Packages and Giftcard Policy
We will kindly accept an exchange request for unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase. There will be no refunds for medical-grade products purchased at The Skin Studio Inc.
If you pre-purchase a package of sessions for a particular service, The Skin Studio Inc. will allow the conversion of the money spent on the package into a gift card. There will be absolutely no refunds of pre-purchased packages on any service.
Gift cards will not be redeemable for cash.
